Yesterday I found out that the nightshade-looking plant outside the back door is “Common Ground_Cherry”
This is what the flower looks like. It tends to hang downward like many nightshade flowers do. I had to stoop and contort myself in order to get this picture. Looking at it eye-level (rather than from below like this picture), the flower can look like a hanging bell.
